Ingredients

  • Zest of 2 lemons

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  7. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

  10. Whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze.
