Ingredients

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain without rinsing.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced garlic with red pepper flakes until golden.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate the pasta and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Feel free to add cherry tomatoes, spinach, or grilled chicken/shrimp for extra flavor.
