Ingredients
10 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. Pop popcorn and place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.
5. Bring to a boil without stirring for 4 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
7. Pour caramel over popcorn and toss to coat.
8. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
9. Let cool before serving or storing.
Notes
