- 2 lbs Chicken Drumsticks (skin-on recommended)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Toss the chicken drumsticks in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place the drumsticks on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Broil the drumsticks for the last 2-3 minutes until shiny and charred slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
