- 1–1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prep your chicken by rinsing and patting dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Let chicken marinate in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- For grilling, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F.
- For pan-searing, heat oil and cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.

Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking the chicken. Experiment with spices for variety.
