Description

Ingredients

  • 11.5 lbs Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by rinsing and patting dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  3. Let chicken marinate in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  4. For grilling, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F.
  5. For pan-searing, heat oil and cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
