Description

Deliciously savory Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a sweet tangy honey mustard sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • Olive oil (for cooking)
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 6 strips cooked crispy bacon
  • A few leaves of lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 6 slider buns
  • Optional: cheese (Swiss or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5–7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks or your hands.
  3. Combine the honey mustard sauce with the shredded chicken.
  4. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  5. Cut the slider buns in half. On the bottom half, layer the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato, then top with the other half of the bun.

Notes

Adding a slice of cheese right before covering with the top bun enhances flavor.
