Deliciously savory Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a sweet tangy honey mustard sauce.

- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 6 strips cooked crispy bacon
- A few leaves of lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 6 slider buns
- Optional: cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5–7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks or your hands.
- Combine the honey mustard sauce with the shredded chicken.
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Cut the slider buns in half. On the bottom half, layer the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato, then top with the other half of the bun.
Notes
Adding a slice of cheese right before covering with the top bun enhances flavor.
