- 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Rice (white or brown)
- Optional Vegetables (steamed broccoli or bell peppers)
- Salt and Pepper (for seasoning)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Boil water, add rice, and cook according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes).
- Add honey BBQ sauce to the chicken and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Scoop rice into a bowl and top with honey BBQ chicken and optional veggies.
Notes
