Description
A simple, mineral-rich morning drink that supports hydration, reduces bloating, and aids weight loss naturally using Himalayan pink salt, lemon, and apple cider vinegar
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
1–2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
½ tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water until it’s body temperature.
Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
Drop in ginger slices or ground ginger, if using.
Sweeten with honey only if needed.
Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use this tonic first thing in the morning.
Don’t drink more than once daily.
Follow with 1 cup plain water.
