Description
High-protein garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked in a rich, garlicky butter sauce for a tender, flavorful meal.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef sirloin or chuck
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
½ cup beef broth
Cornstarch slurry (optional)
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat beef dry and season.
2. Mix butter, oil, garlic, Worcestershire, and broth.
3. Add beef to slow cooker, pour sauce over.
4. Cook on LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
5. Optional: thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
