- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips or Nuts (optional)
- Mini Muffin Tin or Ice Cube Tray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Add honey or agave if desired, and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add any chocolate chips or nuts to the mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin tin or ice cube tray, leaving some space at the top.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, pop them out and enjoy your healthy snack.
- Store any leftovers in a zip-top bag in the freezer.

For flavor variations, try adding cocoa powder for chocolate lovers or mixing in mashed berries for a fruity twist.
