Description

Delicious high protein frozen peanut butter yogurt bites that are healthy, satisfying, and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips or Nuts (optional)
  • Mini Muffin Tin or Ice Cube Tray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Add honey or agave if desired, and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add any chocolate chips or nuts to the mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin tin or ice cube tray, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop them out and enjoy your healthy snack.
  6. Store any leftovers in a zip-top bag in the freezer.
