Description

A fun and flavorful twist on a classic pasta salad, perfect for picnics and potlucks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cooked pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced turkey
  • 1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup zesty Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Diced meats, cheeses, and chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced meats, cheeses, and veggies.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing and pour it over the pasta salad. Mix well.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize your salad by adding extra veggies or switching the dressing. Make it vegetarian by skipping the meats.
