Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
- 1 cup diced salami
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup diced turkey
- 1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced provolone cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup olives (optional)
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup zesty Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Diced meats, cheeses, and chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced meats, cheeses, and veggies.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing and pour it over the pasta salad. Mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize your salad by adding extra veggies or switching the dressing. Make it vegetarian by skipping the meats.
