- 1 cup cold water

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin: Pour the gelatin into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Cool it: Add 1 cup cold water and stir to lower the temperature. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix in yogurt: Whisk 1 cup Greek yogurt into the gelatin until smooth. Add sweetener if you want it sweeter.
- Add extras: Fold in fresh berries or a handful of chopped nuts if you like texture.
- Chill: Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2โ4 hours until set.
- Serve: Garnish with fruit, mint, or a dusting of cocoa.
Notes
Do not add yogurt to piping hot gelatin; it will clump. Whisk vigorously to prevent lumps. Taste before chilling and adjust sweetness.
