A refreshing and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by Gordon Ramsay, perfect for picnics and barbecues.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 cup peas
Instructions
- Boil Water: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Add Macaroni: Toss in the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, following package instructions (7-9 minutes).
- Drain and Cool: Drain the macaroni and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Mix the Dressing: In a big bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Whisk together.
- Add the Macaroni: Toss the cooled macaroni into the dressing and mix until coated.
- Fold in the Veggies: Gently fold in celery, bell pepper, green onions, and peas.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, and enjoy!
Notes
Sprinkle paprika on top for added flavor before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
