Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, wings, or drumsticks)
  • 2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or non-dairy milk with vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk with seasonings for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix gluten-free breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from the buttermilk and coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chicken in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Check doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
