Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buttermilk (or non-dairy milk with vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk with seasonings for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix gluten-free breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from the buttermilk and coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chicken in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
