Creamy garlic Parmesan chicken and potatoes cooked low and slow for a cozy, comforting meal.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1½ lbs baby gold potatoes, halved
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Grease the slow cooker.
2. Add potatoes to bottom.
3. Place chicken on top; season with spices.
4. Whisk butter, garlic, cream, and Parmesan.
5. Pour over chicken and potatoes.
6. Cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3–4 hours.
7. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use thighs for juicier chicken.
Add spinach or broccoli near the end.
Swap half-and-half for lighter sauce.
