Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
