Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatloaf shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In the last five minutes of baking, add more Parmesan cheese on top.
