Description

Mini cheeseburgers wrapped in a golden, garlicky biscuit dough that are perfect for any snack occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: burger toppings (pickles, onions, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain the excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted, then set aside to cool.
  4. Open the biscuit dough, separate, and flatten each biscuit.
  5. Add a tablespoon of the meat and cheese mixture to the center of each biscuit and top with optional ingredients.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  7. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix in garlic powder and parsley.
  8. Brush the melted mixture over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
