Mini cheeseburgers wrapped in a golden, garlicky biscuit dough that are perfect for any snack occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: burger toppings (pickles, onions, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain the excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted, then set aside to cool.
- Open the biscuit dough, separate, and flatten each biscuit.
- Add a tablespoon of the meat and cheese mixture to the center of each biscuit and top with optional ingredients.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix in garlic powder and parsley.
- Brush the melted mixture over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
