Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the steaks in the pan, sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add the garlic butter to the pan and spoon over the steaks. Remove them and let rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then pour in heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice rested steaks, plate them, drizzle with Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a perfect pairing, serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
