Description

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs beef cubes
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup beef broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
1. Sear beef cubes until browned.
2. Layer potatoes and beef in crockpot.
3. Mix melted butter, garlic, broth, and seasonings; pour over.
4. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
5. Toss and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use chuck roast for extra tenderness.
Add mushrooms for flavor.
Broil for crisp edges before serving.
