A delicious and easy-to-make fall fruit salad featuring seasonal fruits and a zesty Cinnamon Orange Dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 medium apples (Honeycrisp recommended)
- 2 medium pears (Bartlett or Bosc preferred)
- 1 juicy orange (for fresh-squeezed juice)
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces (core and dice apples and pears, juice the orange).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat. Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Serve the salad on a platter and enjoy with a sprinkle of extra pomegranate seeds on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
