- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Fresh strawberries (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, pour the boiling water over the strawberry Jello mix and stir until the powder has dissolved.
- Stir in the cold water to cool down the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the Jello mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving cups or a big bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Prepare fresh strawberries by rinsing, removing the stems, and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the dessert topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.
Notes
For a creamier dessert, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also experiment with different Jello flavors.
