Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Fresh strawberries (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, pour the boiling water over the strawberry Jello mix and stir until the powder has dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water to cool down the mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the Jello mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into serving cups or a big bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  5. Prepare fresh strawberries by rinsing, removing the stems, and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Serve the dessert topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes
