Description

A quick and simple one-pan meal featuring tender chicken breasts sautéed with garlic and served over buttery egg noodles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh or dried parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and toss with a little butter, then set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it rest. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add the chicken broth and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken back into the skillet along with the buttered noodles and mix everything together. Garnish with parsley.
