Description
A quick and simple one-pan meal featuring tender chicken breasts sautéed with garlic and served over buttery egg noodles.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh or dried parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and toss with a little butter, then set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add the chicken broth and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken back into the skillet along with the buttered noodles and mix everything together. Garnish with parsley.
