Description

A hearty and healthy chicken stew made in the crockpot, perfect for keeping blood sugar levels in check.


Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  5. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for about 240 minutes.
