- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour in the chicken broth.
- Put the lid on and set the crockpot to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
