Description

Deliciously easy crockpot chicken breasts with garlic, perfect for a hands-off cooking experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Put the lid on and set the crockpot to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
