Description

An easy, healthy Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki recipe with honey, garlic, and soy sauce—perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup honey

¼ cup rice vinegar

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp ginger

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp sesame oil

Sesame seeds, green onions, cooked rice


Instructions

1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

2. Add chicken to Crockpot and pour sauce over.

3. Cook on LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 2½–3 hours.

4. Mix cornstarch with water, stir into sauce, thicken.

5. Shred chicken, toss with sauce, and serve.

Notes

Serve over rice or veggies. Great for meal prep. Gluten-free option with tamari.
