A simple gelatin-based routine inspired by Dr Jennifer Ashton, designed to support structured eating habits.
Ingredients
Scale
1 packet or 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2 cups water
Instructions
1. Heat 1 cup of water until warm, not boiling
2. Whisk gelatin into warm water until dissolved
3. Add remaining 1 cup cold water and stir
4. Pour into dish and refrigerate 2–3 hours until set
5. Serve one portion per day
Notes
Use plain gelatin or diet jello
