Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix your dry ingredients: Flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Combine your wet ingredients: Milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Fill a muffin tin with batter about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
