A refreshing and naturally sweet detox island green smoothie loaded with tropical fruit, spinach, kale, and ginger—perfect for wellness, digestion, and daily energy.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup kale (stems removed)
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ banana
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
Juice of ½ lime
1 cup coconut water
3–4 ice cubes
Instructions
Add spinach and kale to the blender first.
Add mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger.
Squeeze in lime juice.
Pour in coconut water.
Add ice cubes.
Blend on high for 45 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust lime or ginger if needed.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen fruits for best texture.
