Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully integrated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded carrots until evenly distributed.
