Description

A hands-off, flavor-packed comfort food masterpiece that combines the gooey richness of lasagna with the ease of a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • Frozen Ravioli (cheese or meat)
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
  4. Add ricotta, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, along with Italian seasoning.
  5. Repeat the layers until you use up the ingredients, finishing with sauce and mozzarella.
  6. If desired, add spinach between layers.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours.
  8. Check halfway through and stir.
  9. Serve with fresh herbs and sides such as garlic bread or salad.

Notes

Check on the lasagna halfway through cooking for best results. It’s even better the next day!
