Description

Rich, cheesy Crockpot Lasagna Soup made with tender noodles, marinara, and savory ground beef — an easy slow cooker comfort meal.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 onion

3 garlic cloves

1 jar marinara sauce

4 cups beef broth

1 can crushed tomatoes

Italian seasoning, salt, pepper

8 lasagna noodles

Ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan

Fresh basil


Instructions

1. Brown beef, onion, and garlic.

2. Add to Crockpot with sauce, broth, tomatoes, and seasonings.

3. Cook LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.

4. Add noodles in last 30 mins.

5. Serve topped with cheeses and basil.

Notes

Use Italian sausage for more flavor. Add cream for richness. Substitute noodles with rotini if desired.
