Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: steamed broccoli or green beans
  • Optional: white rice or pasta

Instructions

  1. Layer the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese over the top and allow it to melt.
  6. Serve over rice, pasta, or on its own.

Notes

Don’t skip the butter for added richness, and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
