- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: steamed broccoli or green beans
- Optional: white rice or pasta
Instructions
- Layer the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese over the top and allow it to melt.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or on its own.
Notes
Don’t skip the butter for added richness, and consider adding crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
