- 1 pound of ground beef or turkey
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of green beans
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Bell peppers, chopped
- Optional: Carrots, sliced
- Optional: Kidney beans or chickpeas

Instructions
- Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the browned meat, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and any optional add-ons into your crock pot.
- Pour the beef broth over the mixture, adding your Italian seasoning and any extra spices. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
