Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Bell peppers, chopped
  • Optional: Carrots, sliced
  • Optional: Kidney beans or chickpeas
  • Optional: A dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the browned meat, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and any optional add-ons into your crock pot.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the mixture, adding your Italian seasoning and any extra spices. Stir well.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
