Easy and delicious Crock Pot chicken legs that are juicy, flavorful, and budget-friendly.
Ingredients

- 6–8 chicken legs (drumsticks)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Your choice of spices (paprika, Italian seasoning, or BBQ sauce)
Instructions
- Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices.
- Toss the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Place the seasoned chicken legs on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add any sauces if desired.
- Cover and set the Crock Pot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Notes
Optional: Brown chicken legs in a skillet for extra flavor. To thicken the sauce, reduce the cooking liquid in a saucepan.
