Description

Easy and delicious Crock Pot chicken legs that are juicy, flavorful, and budget-friendly.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 chicken legs (drumsticks)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 23 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Your choice of spices (paprika, Italian seasoning, or BBQ sauce)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices.
  2. Toss the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken legs on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add any sauces if desired.
  5. Cover and set the Crock Pot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

Notes

Optional: Brown chicken legs in a skillet for extra flavor. To thicken the sauce, reduce the cooking liquid in a saucepan.
