The easiest way to impress your guests with a juicy, tender turkey breast using a Crock Pot.

- 1 Bone In Turkey Breast (4–6 lbs)
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- Optional herbs and spices (rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, etc.)
Instructions
- Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the turkey, then season it generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.
- Pour the chicken broth into the base of the Crock Pot.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast on top of the broth, skin-side up.
- Cover the Crock Pot and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and carefully transfer the turkey to a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Notes
Check the temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
