Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the veggies and beef.
- Optionally, sear the beef on the stovetop for about 5 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Toss all prepared ingredients into the crock pot, including the broth and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
- Cover and set the crock pot on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- About an hour before dinner, taste the stew and adjust seasoning as needed.
