Description

Delicious and crunchy cauliflower bites coated in a cheesy, golden crust—perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by chopping it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat the cauliflower with olive oil, then toss with the breadcrumb mixture until covered.
  5. Spread the cauliflower bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with parsley (if using) and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use Panko breadcrumbs for the best crunch. Don’t overcrowd the baking tray to avoid steaming.
