Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
- 3 tbsp of olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by chopping it into bite-sized florets.
- Mix the dry ingredients: combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the cauliflower with olive oil, then toss with the breadcrumb mixture until covered.
- Spread the cauliflower bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley (if using) and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use Panko breadcrumbs for the best crunch. Don’t overcrowd the baking tray to avoid steaming.
