Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and trim the woody ends off your asparagus.
