Ingredients

  • 6 ounces crab meat (lump or imitation)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Make sure to soften your cream cheese.
  2. Mix it up: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Wrap it up: Take your egg roll wrappers and place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
