Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Make sure to soften your cream cheese.
- Mix it up: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Wrap it up: Take your egg roll wrappers and place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
- Heat things up: In a deep pan or fryer, heat your oil to about 350°F (175°C).
- Fry them crispy: Carefully drop your bombs into the hot oil.
- Drain and serve: Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs and let them drain on paper towels.
