Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crispy baked chicken thighs that are juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.


Ingredients

  • 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika). Mix until coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet, skin-side up, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
