- 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika). Mix until coated.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet, skin-side up, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
