- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh or frozen Spinach
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ravioli and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
