Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 34 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh or frozen Spinach
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
