- 1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
- 8 oz Pasta (any kind)
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil (for sautéing)
- Optional: Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Combine the cooked pasta and steamed broccoli with the garlic.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve in a bowl, topping with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
