Description

A quick and easy creamy pasta dish featuring rotisserie chicken and broccoli, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
  • 8 oz Pasta (any kind)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil (for sautéing)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta and steamed broccoli with the garlic.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve in a bowl, topping with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
