A cozy, creamy ranch chicken casserole made effortlessly in your crockpot.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups diced potatoes
½ cup bacon crumbles
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Instructions
1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
2. Layer potatoes and chicken.
3. Mix ranch, soup, and sour cream; pour over.
4. Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4.
5. Top with cheese and bacon before serving.
Notes
Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version. Leftovers reheat beautifully!
