A simple and delicious creamy ranch chicken made in the crock pot, perfect for busy weekdays.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of heavy cream or sour cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Optional: veggies like carrots and potatoes, or cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, cream (or sour cream), and chicken broth to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
- Set the temperature to high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
- If desired, add any veggies or cheese and stir to combine until heated through.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, tortillas, or salad. Add cayenne pepper for heat or fresh herbs for garnish.
