Description

A comforting Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta Bake featuring tender chicken, delightful pasta, and lush, creamy pesto sauce, all baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne preferred)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil your pasta in a big pot of salted water until al dente. Follow the package instructions, being careful not to overcook.
  2. Mix in the cream cheese with the hot pasta until melted and evenly spread.
  3. Stir in the pesto sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the shredded chicken.
  4. Spread half the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish and sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheeses.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
