- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne preferred)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil your pasta in a big pot of salted water until al dente. Follow the package instructions, being careful not to overcook.
- Mix in the cream cheese with the hot pasta until melted and evenly spread.
- Stir in the pesto sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the shredded chicken.
- Spread half the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish and sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheeses.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Serve with a fresh side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored and reheated easily.
