- 12 oz Penne Pasta
- 4–6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, optional
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt and cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente.
- Save about 1 cup of reserved pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted, adding reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the drained penne with the creamy garlic sauce in the skillet until well coated.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

Feel free to customize with leftover veggies or protein and adjust the seasoning as needed.
