Description

A comforting and creamy garlic pasta dish that can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • 46 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt and cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Save about 1 cup of reserved pasta water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted, adding reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the drained penne with the creamy garlic sauce in the skillet until well coated.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
