Description

A comforting and creamy garlic chicken dish that is perfect for weeknight dinners or date nights.


Ingredients

  • 24 chicken breasts
  • A splash of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 46 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Spinach or mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for approximately 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, adding the Parmesan cheese until melted. Add optional spinach or mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes to soak in the flavors. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
