- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 medium apples, cored and julienned
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage.
- Add the julienned apples and grated carrots.
- Mix in the dried cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
