Description

A refreshing mix of crunchy cabbage, sweet apples, and tangy cranberries, paired with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 medium apples, cored and julienned
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage.
  2. Add the julienned apples and grated carrots.
  3. Mix in the dried cranberries.
  4. In a separate bowl, make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
