Description

Creamy cowboy butter chicken linguine with juicy chicken, garlic butter sauce, and fresh parsley for a bold and comforting pasta dinner.


Ingredients

Scale

12 oz linguine pasta

2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water.

2. Season and sear chicken in skillet until golden and cooked. Set aside.

3. Melt butter, add garlic, Dijon, lemon, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 1 min.

4. Return chicken and pasta to skillet, toss with sauce, add pasta water as needed.

5. Top with Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh Parmesan for best results.

Add spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes for variety.

Adjust red pepper flakes to your heat preference.
