Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish cooked in a luscious butter sauce with garlic, herbs, and a hint of spice.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet, and add minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the sauce for another 5-10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Add chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Can be prepped ahead and stored separately in the fridge.
